The apartment is on the third floor with a lift, from the entrance there is access to a large space, living dining room, furnished with two individual sofas bed, a TV stand, table and chairs; a part of this lounge is occupied by the kitchen space, also equipped with all the possible comforts: dishwasher, oven, stove, sink, refrigerator and a large piece of furniture used as separation between the kitchen area and the dining area.
Above the kitchen there is a mezzanine, furnished with a double futon, cushions and carpets, a very suggestive corner, ideal to take shelter in moments of reflection and relax. The bedroom is very spacious, with a double bed and additional room for another single bed.

All the decoration is modern and functional, with designer furniture. There is central heating and we guarantee that the apartment is not cold or humid. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels, the kitchen is equipped and functional, and many small details emphasize the importance of our guests in this alternative service to staying in a hotel.

The apartment is behind the Domus Aurea, which was delay of Emperor Nero. The Domus Aurea is in the Colle Oppio on the street homonima.
Closed to the public from the beginning of the 80's, the luxurious palace of Nero can again be visited and appreciated as of the 25th of June 1999. It was constructed after the disastrous fire of 64 A.D.
The ample atmosphere is decorated with frescos and stuccos, which inspired the artists of the Renaissance for the particular decorative style called 'grottesche'. Of great effect they are 'Sala Octagonal' and 'Boveda Dorada'.
Through a pre-established itinerary of 32 rooms the Ninfeo de Ulises and Polifemo can be admired, the Hall of the Boveda Dorada, the Hall of Aquiles Asciro, the set of Halls Octagonal and the Hall of Hector and Andromaca. The duration of the itinerary is approximately 40 minutes.
The Colosseo, the Roman Forum, the Capitolini Museums and the Traianei markets can be reached on foot.
