This wonderful apartment is situated a building of typical architecture from before World War II, the area was urbanized at the beginning of the 20th century and arose next to the old walls of the city. The apartment is on the fourth floor (without lift). The area is particularly calm; the apartment overlooks a secondary street with little traffic.

The aparment is comprised of an ample entrance that leads to three rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom.
The double bedroom is spacious and luminous, the furniture is modern and in addition to being practical, it is elegant; including a closet, a double bed, small night stands and a small armchair.
The small bedroom is also spacious and luminous and is furnished with a closet, bunk bed (very solid), writing-desk, a small bookcase and chairs.
The living room measures approximately 4x4 m and is furnished with a table (that can be extended), living room furniture, a double sofa bed and a small table.
The bathroom includes a WC, bidet, washbasin and an ample shower.
The kitchen, although it is not very large, has been furnished considering the functionality and includes a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, sink and an expandable table.

The apartment is luminous and sunny, thanks to both balconies opening up on opposite sides of the building. There is central heating. Thanks to the optimal distribution of space, this apartment can provide accommodation for up to six people, the separate rooms offer due privacy to our guests.
