The Appia Antica Park is only 3 km away. The "Via Appia Antica" was the first Roman road to be named after the magistrate who built it. Consequently Appius Claudius Caecus is one of the city's earliest known public figures. He also provided the Romans with their first aqueduct. This apartment is in the district of Cinecittà (well-known for its famous Cinecittà Movie Studios and perhaps even more famous because of the proximity to the very famous Appia Antigua Park).
The residential setting in which this apartment is located is a recently new urbanization and for that reason it includes all the services and structures that make the apartment very functional and comfortable (wide streets, stores, international level shopping centres). In this area there is the tube line A, the most comfortable stations are Cinecittà and Anagnina.
From this district it is possible to reach the famous Castelli Romani, a series of small towns (best known: Frascati, Grottaferrata, Sailor, Castel the Gandolfos) who embellish the south of the capital, very well known for its history, culture, gastronomic tradition and its relation to wine, and the particular organization for tourism.

Two Metro stations (Line A) Anangina and Cinecitt&agareve; are close by. The Anagnina station has a large safe car park which costs only 1 euro for the day. Trains leave from here every 3 minutes and will take you to the heart of Rome in 20 minutes.
Line A will take you to the Historical Centre.
- From Piazza Vittorio station you will be able to stroll to the Colosseum, the Forum, Trajans Market, the Baths of Caracalla, and the Circus Maximus.
- The Barberini station is close to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
- The Piazza di Spagna station is close to all the famous designer stores. In Via Condotti and nearby you will find Armani, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Cartier and many others.
